By downloading, uploading and using an image you agree to these terms of use.
You are not allowed to download any image if you don't agree with these terms.

The website, the images, the system is provided "as is", no warranty of any kind is provided.
The information on the website might not be accurate and updated.
ImageTemple.com shall not be liable to you or to any other entity for any kind of costs, damages or lost profits arising from the use/download of the images.
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, defend ImageTemple.com and its owners and employees against all claims, costs, liability, damages and expenses, including legal fees, arising from the use of our services and images.
ImageTemple.com, its owners, administrators, contributors and photographers won't be liable for any dispute/issue that might arise from using the images, surfing the site, downloading the images.
By accessing this website, you acknowledge and agree that all matters relating to use of this website shall be governed by the Italian laws (without reference to conflicts of laws principles).

You can use the images:
- In printed brochures, books, flyers, multimedia labels and covers, advertising prints and other printed materials.
- On slideshows, presentations, websites and other digital supports.
- You can apply any effect or modification to the images to make them fit your needs (anyway the image won't become your property and it will still be subject to these terms of use).

You can't use the images:
- In online/offline templates destinated to be sold.
- In pornografic prints, websites or any other pornographic online/offline media.
- In any website, publication or any other online/offline media promoting hate against people, religions, cultures, etnies etc.
- As main design of goods produced on demand (mugs, mousepads, stickers, tshirts) on websites like Spreadshirt, Cafepress etc or destinated to mass distribution.
- In any way that damages ImageTemple.com's identity, it's owner's one, the one of the person on the image or the photographers'one.
- Making them available for download on your site (freely or not), distributing/selling them on cd/dvd or any other media.

Unhautorized online/offline distribution of the images is strictly forbidden.

By downloading the images you agree that the property of the image remains of ImageTemple.com and of the photographers. You are non exclusively licensed to use the images for you and for your clients but not to transfer the license, redistribute or sell the images.
All the images are property of ImageTemple.com, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use them on the terms of this document totally free. No image, part of image or modification of an image can be copirighted.

You don't have any right to sublicense our images, this license is not transferable.

We don't require a model release for all the uploaded photos, and in case the model release exist, we have no way to guarantee its legal validity.
In case some trademarks or logos are depicted in the image make sure you have the right to use it with the mark owners.
Some images might be subject to additional rights and properties, make sure you can use the images in the way you want asking directly to the photographer/agency.
You are fully responsible for any consequence deriving from the use of the images.
ImageTemple.com can't guarantee the legality of the images.
By uploading your images you agree to take full responsibility and hold ImageTemple.com harmless against all claims, costs, liability, damages and expenses, including legal fees, arising from the use of the images you upload.
You also agree that your images will be available for download on ImageTemple.com for free, and their use will be bound by these Terms of Service.
You authorize ImageTemple.com to be your non-exclusive agent and to license your images to third parties for free based on these Terms of Service.
ImageTemple.com will never sell your images under any circumstances and this website will be the only mean of distribution for your images by us.
You acknowledge that under no circumstances you can pretend money from ImageTemple.com or from those using your images.
You also agree that your images or part of them might be used by us to promote ImageTemple.com or your own gallery on ImageTemple.com or on other sites.
You aren't allowed to upload images that infringe any applicable right (copyright, property etc) or law.
We reserve the right to remove any image that infringes any law or right, or for any other reason we consider valid.
Copyright or law infringement of any kind will result in the termination of your account and of this agreement, and possibly in criminal prosecution.
